Connor Found His Thumb

I just couldn't resist posting this picture. The other day before his nap, Connor was kind of fussy and he hadn't quite figured out how to take a pacifier yet so he started putting his hands in his mouth. After a few minutes, he stuck his thumb in his mouth. Needless to say, he hasn't found it since then, which is probably a good thing. Mom and Dad hope he doesn't make this a habit, but it was sure cute!

Connor's Favorite Sleeping Position

For the first few weeks of Connor's life, it seemed like the only place he wanted to sleep was on Mom's shoulder. Looks at those cheeks! He's really plumping up fast!

Put 'Em Up!

Connor had us laughing so hard the other day. After Jake finished changing his diaper he fell asleep in this random position. Usually, he likes to be swaddled and held really tight, but I guess he was just too tired to wait for all of that.

Our First Family Photo

When Connor was 3 weeks old, we were able to drive down to Utah to visit Jake's side of the family for Grandpa Blackham's funeral. We were nervous the drive from Boise to Utah would be difficult with a new baby, but he slept for almost the entire 6 1/2 hour drive. I was grateful to catch up on some much needed zzzzz's myself.
